Paola Caliman
AI Enablement Specialist
AI Enablement · Software Implementation · Operations & Finance
I help small and medium-sized businesses adopt AI in ways that are practical, measurable, and human-centered — backed by a decade across software implementation, finance, operations, engagement, and enablement.

My focus is to bring practical, measurable AI into the systems that run U.S. businesses — automating enterprise compensation and go-to-market operations to cut costly errors, reduce compliance risk, and turn AI adoption into real, everyday operational gains.
Engineering thinking, applied to AI and enterprise systems.
I'm an AI Enablement Specialist and electronics engineer with 10+ years of progressive experience in the United States, working at the intersection of AI-powered automation, enterprise software implementation, and workforce transformation.
Currently, as a Customer Experience Engagement Manager in enterprise SaaS, I hold a dual mandate: leading enterprise scoping and engagement operations while serving as an embedded AI practitioner on a company-wide AI transformation spanning dozens of strategic workstreams — across product evolution, AI tooling, workforce transformation, and customer journey redesign. Most recently, I was assigned to a dedicated initiative to build an organization's first AI enablement program for its go-to-market teams from the ground up.
My foundation is a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering with a minor in Telecommunications — a technical background that consistently informs how I think about systems architecture, data, and scalable design. I'm an active member of a professional revenue and GTM community and committed to advancing AI adoption in ways that are practical, measurable, and human-centered.

What colleagues and clients say
Paola is the rare person who can do the deep technical work and lead the change around it. On my team she went from architecting complex compensation systems to building AI tools that removed dozens of hours of manual work every week — then took on building our first-ever AI enablement program from scratch for a 100+ person organization. She combines engineering rigor, business judgment, and a real gift for bringing people along. She's exactly who you want driving AI adoption.
Sanchit
Senior Leader · Enterprise SaaS (Paola's manager)
I studied engineering alongside Paola — we wrote our thesis together — and later worked with her for years. She has a rare mix of technical depth and business sense: the kind of engineer who can dissect a complex compensation or data system and then explain it so clearly that the whole team moves faster. Seeing her grow from financial systems into building AI tools surprised no one who knows how she works — rigorous, relentless, and always focused on measurable outcomes.
Amely Romero
Electronics Engineer · Comcast Business
Paola is one of the sharpest analytical minds I've worked with. She turns tangled operational processes and systems into clear, decision-ready solutions — with a precision and sense of ownership that builds instant trust. She raises the standard for everyone around her and pairs that rigor with genuine warmth. I'd want her on any team tackling complex, high-stakes problems.
Carmen Parra
Architect & Operations Professional · Comcast Business
I've known Paola since our engineering days, and her drive has never wavered. She has an unusual ability to take a messy, manual process and turn it into something automated, accurate, and scalable. She also pairs serious technical skill with genuine generosity — she lifts the people around her. Any organization adopting AI would be fortunate to have her leading the way.
